Long Weekends, Public Holidays price on application.
Long Weekends require a Minimum 3 night stay.

Weekend - 2 nights minimum stay

Standard weekend rates will apply over the Easter break & from 24 December to 3 January

Check in time is 3pm and check out time is before 11am. Day use charges will apply on early check ins & later check outs.

One night stays require full payment at time of booking to secure the room.
More than one night stays require 50% of stay at time of booking to secure the room. Rooms will not be held without deposits.

We accept master card or visa; alternatively we can provide our bank account details for direct deposit.

If the booking is cancelled 14 days or more prior to the planned arrival, there will be a full refund less an administration fee of $25.00.

If the booking is cancelled less than 14 days prior to the planned arrival date, there will be no refund.

For short notice bookings where the booking is made within 2 weeks of the planned arrival date, and then cancelled, there will be no refund.

For a no show on the day of planned arrival, all monies will be forfeited.

There will be no refunds for guests that elect to depart early.

We are strictly adults only as WE DO NOT cater for children or pets.

All rooms are non-smoking.
